I felt that it was extremely good value for money. A truly holistic experience - not only the bird watching spectacular, but also the catering and yoga. Everything so carefully curated. I definitely came away feeling inspired and rejuvenated! 

Sarah's expertise lies not only in creating the most mouthwatering meals, but also in selecting particular foods which feed body and mind. She explained very clearly why she had chosen ingredients, and their specific benefits. Every meal was carefully selected and curated and from start to finish an incredible delight. 

We went to many different habitats and always spotted the birds Sarah was hoping we would see, often more. The highlight was definitely the red knot spectacular -  an unforgettable experience! Wader Spectacular Retreat, Gayna Pelham

 

I can't believe the food and activities we got for the money. Exceeded expectations all round. Sarah is very knowledgeable and patient and everything so well planned and implemented. We saw so many birds, she knew exactly where and when to find them - I especially loved seeing snow buntings on the beach. The food was delicious and nutritious, the house beautiful and spacious, and we were so lucky to do outdoor yoga next to the sea! Excellent all round. Really enjoyed this; totally met the brief. A jam packed schedule of well chosen locations and activities, excellent food and I felt we were very lucky with all the birds we saw! What we paid for two would have only covered accommodation if we'd come alone, so I imagine this will be more expensive in future - but, I would recommend and happily pay £200 more Wader Spectacular Retreat, Dave Newton
