High Intensity Interval Training (HiiT) is the fastest, most effective way to burn fat, build muscle and improve your cardio-vascular fitness. Short bursts of cardio, strength and core exercises are followed by timed rests. Designed to give you an all over body workout our exercises are cleverly coupled. Opposing muscles groups and energy systems are simultaneously challenged creating an "active rest" for each other, optimising the workout you get in a short time. Outdoors, the wind cools your body and the elements will invigorate you. If you work hard enough your reward is a rush of pleasure boosting endorphins that also reduce pain. Win win, win! Your instructor will demonstrate a range of options suitable for absolute beginners up to performance athletes. She, your classmates, and noticing the improvements you make each session will keep driving you forward. Focus on yourself, or use friendly competition to spur you on. This is fun!
