One 2 One
When you book a One 2 One session together we tailor your workout from a kaleidoscope of specialist programs, usually outdoors (but could be in your home). Your program should be something you love so much that commitment and results easily follow. So, we offer a range of training programs from High Intensity Interval Training (HiiT), free weights, or inspired by Tai Chi, Barre, Pilates, Animal Flow and Yoga. Sarah trained in Nutrition for Everyday Living, Detox, Anti-Ageing and Weight-Loss and Juicing nd Smoothies for Health at College of Naturopathic Medicine, and has a degree level background in Metabolic Biochemistry, the Biochemistry Of Food and Drugs, Human Physiology and Epidemiology, The Health of Man.
