When you book a One 2 One session you can tailor your fit from a kaleidoscope of specialist training programs, and choose to use our *sanitised equipment to enhance your workout. Your program should be something you love so much that commitment and results easily follow. So, we offer a range of training with High Intensity Interval Training (HiiT), free weights*, and sessions inspired by elements from Tai Chi, Barre, Pilates, Animal Flow and Yoga. Sarah trained in Nutrition for Everyday Living, and Detox, Anti-Ageing and Weight-Loss at College of Naturopathic Medicine, and has a degree level background in Metabolic Biochemistry, the Biochemistry Of Food and Drugs, Human Physiology and Epidemiology, The Health of Man. So, if you're looking for advice on restoring your internal fitness, youth and vigour we have the expertise for that too.
