Service Description

Ethically sourced, organic, nutritionally-balanced elegant dining experience with naturopathic health benefits. Cocktail - Build your own flavour profile G&T - High botanical gin, and low sugar natural tonic with slow flavour release floral cubes. Canapé - Nasturtium Pesto, sourdough cracker, fire beetroot, radish, goats cheese, black garlic, broccoli shoots and orange blossom honey. Starter - Tempura courgette flowers stuffed with goats cheese and drizzled with orange blossom honey. Main - Lavender infused salt marsh lamb. Rosemary, mint and lemon jellies. Served with creme fraise courgette, and smoked paprika, aubergine, apricot and almond couscous. Vegetarian - Summer Garden Quiche & Superfood Salad. Homemade sprouted spelt pastry, light dairy-free (coconut) and free range egg. Elderflower meriange tart - spelt pastry, dairy free coconut cream and free range egg filling.
