High Intensity Interval Training *(*HIIT)

*HiiT is the fastest, most effective way to burn fat, build muscle and improve your cardio-vascular fitness.

 

Short bursts of cardio, strength and core exercises are followed by timed rests.

 

Our exercises are cleverly coupled to challenge opposing muscles groups and energy systems in succession, so one provides the "active rest" for another.  This means you can keep going for longer, optimising your workout in a short time frame.
